MISANI BUILDER is  wholly-owned by bumiputra contractors. We are focusing on building and infrastructure work. However, we also provide project management and consultancy especially to the new housing developers or personnel.

Our company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) since June 2012.  Now, after we registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), we will now be able to implement projects more easily.

Starting as a renovation contractor and project management consultancy, we are now focused towards the construction of residential such as bungalow unit and rent houses and also supply our services to the government agencies & departments, local authorities and the private sector.

SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Misani Builder is committed to serve its project in full compliance with applicable national and international statutory and regulatory requirements, free from hazards in consideration of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) to employees, and other interested parties i.e. customers, vendors, and public to prevent pollution, injury and ill health.

We shall;

• Ensure compliance to all relevant legal, other requirements.
• Ensure commitment to the management of SHE and SMS risks.
• Review SHE and targets at regular intervals towards positive and continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal audits periodically based on SHEMS and apply the audit system as guidance in compliance and continual improvement.
• Review and investigate SHE issues and incidents thoroughly to ensure the effectiveness of the corrective action taken.
• Conduct SHE awareness through communication with employees, and other interested parties i.e. customers, vendors, and public.
• Act proactively and economically to reduce organization’s SHE impact.
